"Sharing Concerns In Prayer" (SCIP)

First Sunday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

Join a group of people in the parlor to pray for the members and friends of our church, and for anyone else in need of prayer. 

Prayer does amazing things!

Childcare for kindergarten and younger
provided year round during worship.

Christian Education

Sunday School classes begin in Sept. the Sunday after Labor Day

Classes available for preschool through adult!

Childcare for children in 5th grade and younger
available upon request - contact the church office. 

Youth Confirmation (9th-12th grades)

In the Winter and Spring of each year we offer a 12 week course on confirmation, in preparation for membership in the church and joining the ministry of Jesus Christ.  Information is generally mailed in January to those who are eligible.  If you or someone you know is interested, please contact the church office for more information.

Youth (6th - 12th grades)

2nd & 4th Sun of each month, 6:30pm-8:00pm

The United Angels Youth Fellowship is for all youth 6th-12th grades.  It is a time of fellowship, faith lessons, and hands-on mission. 

K-5th Grade

Approximately 10:45 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Children are dismissed to Sunday School

during worship after the "Time With Children".

Owens Mills Church Directory

Wednesday July 8th

Owen Mills will be coming to First United on June 30^th and July 8^th from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm to take your family pictures. Each family photographed receives a Free Church pictorial directory and a free 8x10 full-color Olan Mils Signature portrait with on site viewing of the poses. Sign up sheets are located in the Narthex and Fellowship Hall following worship or by emailing Donna Mills at donna@fupc.org to set up portrait appointment.
